User Interface Design and developement of a design system based on Material UI

In this project, I focused on designing the user interface for the app, ensuring consistency, scalability across the entire product, and an innovative look. My role also involved the experience design of the app, working closely with the XD team to bring our vision to life. Tasks also included prototyping, conducting competitive analysis and performing user research to inform design decisions. I worked in close collaboration with the project owner and development team, seamlessly integrating design into an agile process utilizing Scrum and Shape Up methodologies. This approach ensured that the product was not only visually innovative, but also user-centric, functional, and successfully launched into the market.
